Hello loves,
I thought it would be nice to write some post with recipes, or something connected with this.
That´s why I decided to run on my blog new series of articles, where I will show you some easy-peasy and healthy ideas for meals.

If you want to lose from your weight, besides workout, you need to eat some real food. It doesn´t mean eating less, it means eating healthy victuals, that give you great number of energy, among other things. Healthy food is pretty diverse, you only have to choose what you like the most. And that´s why you should always try new and new recipes.

In this article I will show you 4 of my favorite foods, that you can prepare for yourself at home and it will take you just few minutes.  They are healthy, delicious, easy and you will be obsessed with them

*during writing this article I realized, that in most food I used berries, haha. Please apologize this fact, you can replace them with other fruits. I just love berries so much, hh.

Because it´s summer, my first food will be themed to this hot season. I´m talking about nice cream from banana.
Nice cream is made from frozen bananas, so basically, that´s the main point of this recipe. You just have to blend frozen bananas (for portion as on the picture, I used 1 and 1/2 banana). You can blend them with cinnamon, coffee or maybe vanilla, to add some aroma and better taste.
I decorated it with some fruit and voila.

My second very favorite food is chia pudding. I bet,you´ve already heard about this pudding from chia seeds, which is lately very popular ingredient. It is considered as "superfood" and seeds are full of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants. They provide more energy, more stamina and regulates digestion.
All you have to do, is to put chia seeds in some jar or bowl, pour milk (you can use any milk you want, but I prefer almond milk) and leave for some hours or during the night in a fridge. Before eating just add some fruit and you are done.

Probably the easiest thing you can do, is to make "The Fruit Plate". Just grab your plate and cut as much fruit as you want, what fruit you want and make some very cool combinations. So, it´s like a fruit salad, haha. You can add maybe some vegetables, too.
I used banana (what would we do, if we did not have bananas? haha) and blueberries topped with honey. :)

My last but not least tip or idea for meal is salad. Oh, so classic, right?
Salad is perfect because you can add what you want, what you have in your fridge, and it still will be good.
For my salad I used lettuce, red cabbage, arugula and some carbs.
