Hello beautiful souls,
Have you ever feel, like all you need is maybe courage or motivation?
Do you know that feeling, when you are just one step from your goal, but you can´t reach it, because you aren´t motivated enough?
It´s a normal thing, do not punish yourself.
Humans are excited for something, and when you lose your fire, your motivation and dedication for thing are gone, too.

But, have a closer look.

What motivation actually means?
"Motivation is a theoretical construct used to explain behavior. It represents the reasons for people action´s  and desires. It can also be defined as one´s direction to behavior, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior and vice versa."
Or in layman´s terms: "That thing in the back of your mind that drives you, no matter what seems to be stacked against you."

Everybody have, so called "intrinsic motivation". It encourages us to carry out activities without necessary of external factors, that means, we don´t need motivational books or coaches to motivate us. But, they can push us a little bit, to right path.

This is just 9 tips, that I found out a loong time ago, and they help me a little bit, to stay on track.

  • GLASS OF WATER-Start your day with one glass of water. You can add a honey into it, and see results. Also, do not forget to drink water during the day. 
  • SLEEP- Sleep enough is very important, so be attentive, and sleep your 8 hours.
  • 3 TASKS- make every morning-before you jump out of the bed, list of 3 tasks you want to do today and then make them. Be realistic and give yourself just tasks, you can  accomplish.
  • 50/10 RULE- Whatever you will do, use this rule. 50 minutes you are working and focusing and 10 minutes for break. Do not overworked yourself-it´s very important.
  • READING- Reading increase knowledge, so do not forget and read daily. Searh as much as you can and be curious.  As my daddy is always saying, we educate ourselves during the whole lifetime.
  • BROWSING- the same, as previous. Make time to watch some tutorial or read  article. Improve your skills in something and find out new things
  • EXPRESS GRATITUDE- Think about like 5 things you are grateful for every day. Gratitude promote happiness.
  • CLEANING- clean your desk, your wardrobe or your computer area-tidy things give you an energy and inspiration
  • ENJOY- Do not forget to have a time for yourself. Use this priceless time with doing things you love and that makes you happy.
Motivation is something, that can be lost very simply, so be gentle on yourself, and be careful, focus on just little goals, that will lead to big one, because if you want to reach something big and then you don´t make it, easily can came disappointment . Little goals=one big goal
Finally, do not forget to run a diary, where you can track and follow your progress.
Because, nothing is bigger inspiration and motivation, than your own results.
