#2 EASY MEAL IDEAS

Hello guys,
Welcome to my new article.
Today I decided that I will do the second part of my "Easy Meal Ideas" series. If you want to check out first episode click HERE.
I´m a typical foodie and always try to make and eat something new. I like to have balance, not even in my life but also on my plate, that´s why I´m trying to eat clean and healthy food as much as possible. And with these easy tips, you can too.


People think that eating healthy is really hard. 
But, let me disappoint you. It´s actually really easy.
I´m not a pro or I don´t have any degree from nutrition, but these healthy ideas are simply for everyone. And what´s better, you can do it from the food you already have at home. 

As you will see, I really like to have something sweet for breakfast and salads as other meals of the day. I also like to keep my plate colorful - remember, it´s all about the balance. So enjoy.

BREAKFAST / SNACK IDEAS



These ideas are perfect for breakfast or you can eat them as snacks as well.

1. Smoothie bowl - full of berries. I added a little bit of granola and chocolate topping, and oh my goodness, it really tastes as good as it looks.

2. Avocado spread - for this meal I used one avocado. Few slices I left, but from the others, I made an avocado spread. It´s easy - avocado and black pepper mash with a fork and voilá you are done. And I´m all the way YES to carbs.

3. Fruit plate - there´s nothing better than fresh fruit. Strawberries and banana are one of my favorite combination. I also added a white yogurt and little bit of granola.

LUNCH / DINNER IDEAS



1. Salad classic - Salads, salads, salads. They are always a perfect option if you are totally lost and don´t know what to eat. My salad is composed of season vegetables and I added a little bit of cheese, because, oh my goood I love cheese. 

2. Grilled chicken - Actually, my second idea is a salad too. Now you can see how flexible this meal is. To this salad, I used another bunch of amazing veggies, grilled chicken slices, and garlic dressing.

3. Mozzarella plate - I can say, that mozzarella is my eternal love, haha. This food is amazing when you combine mozzarella with tomatoes and olive oil, but I´m not a fan of tomatoes, so I decided to go without them.

  6. Hi, eating healthy can be very easy. You cant beat a bowl of fresh fruit at any time of the day, and its so easy to jazz up a grilled chicken with salad, Chloe.
