13 WAYS TO HAPPIER LIFE

Hello beautiful souls,
Welcome to my new article.
My today´s article will be about few ways,which can turn your life to a positive direction.
Everybody knows, that life can be hard sometimes and sometimes it feels like there´s no way from that deep black hole.
You feel like you are sinking in cold water.
You feel like your lungs have a lack of oxygen.
You feel like you carry the weight of the whole world on your shoulders.
That´s why this article is totally for you.


Always, when you feel maybe unhappy with your life, or you feel like I wrote few lines before, you have to be really careful.
This may lead to depression.
Even if people do not pay attention to depression, depression is a very dangerous thing and none of us should not be depressed.
That´s why I´m showing you today my list of 13 things, which help you with your happier life, turn you in a positive way and overall will make you a happier person.

1. SMILE
Smile. Smile. Smile.
Always smile. Even if you are feeling bad. 
Research shows, that even pretending to smile will make you happier and a smile can boost your mood. Also, I´m always saying, the smile is the best accessory you can wear.

2. ORGANIZATION
The mess in things, mess in life. Simple equation.
Go and clean up your wardrobe, your gallery in a smartphone, your background in PC, simply everything, that you can.
Order and system in things will help you.

3. BE GRATEFUL
Be grateful for everything you have. Being grateful for people and things in your life can really do wonders for your happiness. 
Because write down my sentence: No matter how bad it is, remember, that it could have been worse.

4. HAVE A POSITIVE MIND
Miracles actually can happen.
But only when you start to believe that they can.
Keep your mind always in the positive mood, do not even think about pessimistic things and be open to new people and opportunities in your life.

5. FORGIVE
It can be hard to truly forgive others. I know it.
But, holding a grudge won´t do you any good. Forgiveness does make people feel happier.
You just have to let it go, and close one chapter before you want to open the other one.

6. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FRIENDS
It is important to have a good people in your life. Get rid of the negative ones and surround yourself with true friends, people who will support you and also pick you up when you are having tough times in your life.


7. SPEND TIME IN NATURE
As humans, we have to spend time outside as much as we can. If you live in the city, it´s important to find time to go to nature.  
Hug trees, breath clear air, go hike, go on a walk, have a picnic on the meadow and enjoy your time outside.

8. EXPRES YOUR FEELINGS
There´s nothing worse, than smothering every feeling in yourself and then let them die inside you.
The fact, that humans can feel is a big gift and have to share it with the world. 
Always always show others your love, kindness, laziness, loneliness, sadness, anger, simply everything.

9. BE KIND TO YOURSELF
I want you to know, that you are doing your best, ok?
You are doing your best, you are trying  most as you can, so please, be kind to yourself. Good things take some time.
And for god, please, do not compare yourself with others. Never! We are all different.

10. DO EXERCISE
I bet you have already heard something like this. But why? Because it´s true.
The workout can boost your energy and studies confirmed, that workout will make you happier. Find some time to do something for your body.

11. BUY EXPERIENCES
Do not spend your money on useless things anymore.
Better save them and then buy som experiences. Travel often. Go to see that places that you always want to see.

12. STOP PEOPLE PLEASING
You are amazing just the way you are. Do not spend your priceless energy for people who do not deserve it.
You are an independent person, who do not need to please others for help.

13. STOP DOING THINGS WHICH YOU DON´T WANT TO DO
There´s little bit difference between pushing and challenging yourself with doing things, that you feel uncomfortable in.
If you do not like it, if it doesn´t make you happy, end with it. Now!

  1. Spending time in nature is very uplifting especially at this time of the year with the leaves all pretty colours. Seeing different types of wildlife and breathing in fresh hair makes me really happy. I also agree with smiling more because if you smile at someone and they smile back it makes you feel happy :)

  2. Amazing post and love to read them. I´m totally agreed with this article that you wrote.
    Doing exercised regularly absolutely help or boots happier, as I doing this already many years and I´m agreed and feeling the result for myself. ;-)

  3. I love posts like this. Though most of us already know these deep in our souls, we sometimes tend to forget because of being too busy or when bad things happen in life. Personally what I need to do more is hang out with my friends as I sometimes enjoy just my own company too much. Thanks for sharing :)

  4. While I was reading this article I pretty much knew all these things, but somehow when I get to the part when I should start doing it, I just get caught up in life. So I learned that we should remind ourselves to everything once in a while

  11. Number 1 and number 12 are something I personally need to work on! I in fact have realised if I walk round smiling I just 'feel' better already, and feel happier - It also I think gives other people a reason to smile!
    And number 12 I have been working on for the past year, I always say 'yes' when I want to say 'no' to people! And it's making me more unhappy because it means that i'm doing things I don't actually want to do, I need to learn to put myself first!
